                              RESOLUTION NO. 21584
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH CSX TRANSPORTATION, INC.
                 (AGREEMENT NO. CSX-030208), RELATIVE TO
                 INSTALLING A COMBINED SEWER CASTING AND CARRIER
                 PIPE AT STATION 7229+72, MILE POST 00J-136.67,
                 CHATTANOOGA SUBDIVISION, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                 FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with CSX Transportation, Inc. 
(Agreement
       No. CSX-030208), relative to the City installing a combined sewer 

       casting and carrier pipe under the CSX track at valuation station 

       7229+72, mile post 00J-136.67, Chattanooga Subdivision, for a
       consideration of $5,000.00.
